Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is completed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Note: Pre-sale products may take longer depending on their arrival time.

Shipping Regions

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, some locations may be subject to delivery restrictions or additional logistics limitations.

For remote or hard-to-reach areas where delivery is not available, or where additional shipping surcharges are required by the carrier, we reserve the right to contact the customer via the email provided in the order. The customer will be required to either pay the additional shipping fee or choose to cancel the order.

If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be cancelled and refunded accordingly.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $59 USD. This promotion may be adjusted or updated based on marketing or operational policies.

 

Will All Items Arrive Together?

We aim to ship your entire order together. However, depending on inventory and shipping methods, items may occasionally ship separately. You will receive a shipment notification email for each package.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check your package status anytime at https://t.17track.net/.

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 60 minutes after placing the order.

Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed. If a change is requested after shipping, any reshipping or return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or cannot be recovered, the customer is responsible for the loss. ARSMEL will not provide replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may also delay the delivery time.
