30‑Day Return Policy

We offer a 30‑day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging and all accessories.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, contact support@arsmel.com for authorization. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photo or video evidence.

After verification we will provide either a replacement or a full/partial refund. ARSMEL will cover most or all return shipping costs depending on the situation.

Non‑Quality Returns (Change of Mind)

For non‑quality returns (e.g., no longer needed, purchased wrong model), customers may request a return within 30 days, but:

Return shipping fees vary by destination and will not be refunded. For international orders, return logistics can be expensive — in such cases we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, complete the return process first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance, contact support@arsmel.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for banks or card issuers to process the refund.

International Orders & Import Notes

We ship globally. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. For certain high‑tax countries, returns may be handled with a partial refund option to avoid excessive logistics costs.
