From concept to finished product, ARSMEL exercises strict oversight at every stage:

• Supplier Selection: We partner only with top-tier suppliers with international certifications. Each potential partner undergoes a comprehensive evaluation, including production stability, quality traceability, environmental and safety compliance, and historical performance data.
• Material Standards: Every raw material is subjected to rigorous testing for durability, heat resistance, fire safety, corrosion resistance, and tactile quality.
• Process Monitoring: The manufacturing process — including injection molding, stamping, CNC machining, coating, and circuit assembly — is tightly controlled. Every step adheres to strict tolerance requirements.
• Quality Inspection: Each batch undergoes functional testing, load testing, drop tests, and endurance testing to ensure reliability and safety before leaving the factory.
